Register for bodyweight mastery to learn skills (regressions and progressions) such as pistol squats, push ups, pull ups, handstands, muscle ups, and much more! You will learn how to care for your joints and ligaments for training longevity, mobility, and effective flexibility techniques.
You can also expect to learn how to develop more power and strength in a safe and effective way; such as learning how to jump well, sprint, and more.
As a bonus to all of this, you will learn about your anatomy, muscles, bones, and why it is important in training to understand HOW your body moves so that you can train more effectively and safely. Not only will you leave feeling strong, you will also leave with knowledge about your anatomy and physiology that you will carry with you for the rest of your life!
